Dr Jennifer Mindell, Health Improvement Committee chair at the UK Faculty of Public Health, said: "The publication of this plan is good news for the children of this country who risk becoming nicotine addicts and for current smokers whose lives and health are already at risk through nicotine addiction.　We call upon the government to follow up the plan with sufficient resources to guarantee real action."
